This was confirmed by Presidential Communications Office (PCO) Secretary Cheloy Garafil on the sidelines of the Filipino community event here on Tuesday, July 25.

Garafil, however, did not mention when Soriano will return to office.

President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. appointed Soriano as his presidential adviser on creative communications in October last year.

Soriano and his office recently launched the country's branding campaign showcasing the Filipinios' outstanding traits and talents—"We Give the World Our Best."

Soriano has also directed the President's first SONA and was a consultant for the inaugural setup.
