More than 100 boys benefit from free circumcision project in Bulacan
More than 100 boys, eight to 15 years old, benefitted from the free circumcision program of a village chief in the City of Malolos, Bulacan, on Monday, July 24.

The circumcision procedures were performed by veteran surgeon Dr. Noe Peneyra under the Operation Libreng Tuli project of village chief Enzo Versoza of Barangay Pinagbakahan, in Malolos. Peneyra had helped the province by rendering his medical expertise for more than 40 years,  He had earlier visited different barangays in Malolos and provided residents with free blood sugar tests, free consultations, and medicines for children, seniors, and pregnant women.  Malolos City Mayor Christian D. Natividad also supported the Operation Libreng Tuli project.
