Pasay City's 'Sagip Sasakyan' to help ferry stranded commuters
Pasay City Mayor Emi Calixto Rubiano said the city government has started implementing "Sagip Sasakyan" by making available 22 vehicles that will help ferry commuters who will be affected by the 72-hour strike by transportation groups starting Monday, July 24.

Rubiano said two buses,10 E-Trikes, and 10 L300 vans are on standby for immediate deployment to areas where commuters are stranded due to the strike. She said the Pasay Traffic Bureau is monitoring the areas that will be affected by the transport strike. Rubiano said the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) had instructed all local government units to deploy vehicles that will offer free rides to the public.
