Hinihila po niya ‘yung habagat na nagpapaulan po in most areas dito po sa western side of the country particularly po sa Western Visayas at nakataas din po ‘yung gale warning sa eastern seaboard natin (We need to intensify our preparedness not only for Egay but also for its twin problem. It is pulling southwest monsoon which brings rain in most areas in the western side of the country particularly in Western Visayas and a gale warning has been raised in out eastern seaboard),” Posadas noted.Effects
