Recognizing this need, the Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center (CICC) acquires Kacific CommsBox, a specialized solution designed for civil defense, police, and not-for-profit organizations. The Kacific CommsBox offers a comprehensive technology solution to restore connectivity and communications swiftly. An example where the CommsBox can prove invaluable is during a typhoon like Typhoon Egay, expected to hit the northern part of the Philippines anytime. As Typhoon Egay poses a serious threat, the urgency to establish a reliable communication system becomes even more evident. With early preparation and the deployment of the CommsBox, a coordinated and unified response can be achieved, enabling emergency responders to communicate effectively and mobilize resources.
