Quezon City Police District (QCPD) Novaliches Station (PS 4) personnel confiscated P1,360,000 worth of suspected shabu from two suspects in a buy-bust operation in the city early Sunday morning, July 23.
Lt. Col. Jerry Castillo identified the suspects as Barry Bueno and Christina Basa, both 43 years old and residents of Barangay San Bartolome, Novaliches.

Report showed that the PS 4 conducted the buy-bust operation against the suspects in the said barangay at around 12:10 a.m. after a concerned citizen reported to them the suspects' illegal drug trade in the area.
PS 4 operatives confiscated 200 grams of alleged shabu worth P1,360,000.00, a cellular phone, sling bag, and the buy-bust money.
The suspects will be charged for violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 before the Quezon City Prosecutor’s Office.
