P700,000 shabu seized in Angeles City


CITY of San Fernando, Pampanga – Police arrested two suspected drug pushers in separate operations in Angeles City, this province, on Friday, July 21.

Suspected shabu valued at P700,000 were seized from the suspects identified as Cherry Munoz and Rosielyn Rosellosa.

Munoz, a high-value individual, yielded 12 heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing shabu with an estimated weight of more or less 55 grams worth P374,000, marked money, and coin purse.

Seized from Rosellosa, also a high-value individual, were one piece heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing shabu, two knot-tied transparent plastic sachets with shabu and estimated weight of more or less five grams and worth P374,000, boodle money, and a small pouch.

Suspects face charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 or Republic Act 9165.

Police Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr., Police Regional Office-3 chief,  commended the Angeles City police for their accomplishments.
