Operatives of the Manila Police District (MPD) are hunting down a 16-year-old boy who stabbed two minors in Tondo, Manila on Saturday morning, July 22.
The MPD said the victims -- 14-year-old and 15-year-old boys, both residents of Tondo -- were eating in front of a convenience store on Moriones Street around 12:45 a.m. when the suspect suddenly appeared.
The suspect stabbed the 14-year-old victim in his right leg and the 15-year-old in the back.
The victims were rushed to Gat Andres Bonifacio Memorial Medical Hospital. They are now in stable condition.
Prior to the incident, police said both victims and the suspect had an argument and got involved in a riot.
Members of the Don Bosco Police Community Precinct (PCP) are now conducting a follow-up operation to locate the suspect.
