Construction worker yields shabu in Taguig

The police arrested a construction worker in a buy-bust operation conducted in Taguig on July 20.  The Taguig police’s Drug Enforcement Unit identified the suspect as Roger Orsal, 51, who was allegedly busted during the operation on C5 Road, Waterfun in Barangay Western Bicutan.  The suspect (Photo from Taguig police / SPD)
He was nabbed for alleged violation of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).  During the operation, the police recovered nine plastic sachets containing suspected shabu weighing 25 grams with an estimated value of P170,000 and a P500 bill used as buy-bust money.  The Taguig police said they are committed in their mission to eradicate drug-related offenses.
