Davao City is set to host the face-to-face oathtaking of new chemical engineers on July 23 and Aug. 5 for registered electrical engineers and master electricians. Since the mass oathtaking will be conducted face-to-face, participants must bring either a vaccination card or negative results from a reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) test performed 48 hours before the ceremony. PRC noted that interested inductees must register at their official website before noon prior to the day of the ceremony. At the same time, attendees are asked to bring their oath forms with the generated quick response (QR) code to be submitted during the event to confirm attendance. However, those unable to attend may request a special appointment or join the online ceremony, which will be announced once the schedule has been confirmed. Moreover, PRC encouraged licensure passers to confirm their attendance in the regions where they took their examination. Lastly, inductees may proceed with their initial registration by securing an online appointment at the official website of the PRC right after the ceremony. *(Sonny Daanoy)*
