Debuting with a poignant ballad

Two months after being hailed as “Tawag ng Tanghalan” season 6 grand champion, Lyka Estrella debuts with “[Hawak Mo](https://youtu.be/TUprPA1lMxk),” the official theme song of the upcoming afternoon drama series “[Nag-aapoy na Damdamin](https://youtu.be/JOXDmzDKXZI).” “Malaking break ito sa akin. I’m expecting na hindi ganito yung first project ko pero ito yung binigay ni Lord sa akin and I’m so blessed and grateful,” said Lyka. She also considers “Hawak Mo” as the best song describing her challenging but rewarding journey. “Storyline po ito ng buhay ko,” said Lyka in her [Kapamilya Chat](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pPZ1WZPA7AA) interview. The new Kapamilya artist first performed the emotional ballad live during the media launch of ABS-CBN Entertainment and TV5’s collaboration “Pira-Pirasong Paraiso and “Nag-aapoy Na Damdamin” last July 13. She will also be joining the stars of the two series to perform “Hawak Mo” live at the Sublian Festival Kapamilya Karavan 2023 happening this Sunday (July 23), 5pm at SM City Batangas. “Hawak Mo” was composed and produced by ABS-CBN Music creative director Jonathan Manalo, arranged by Tommy Katigbak, and released under Star Music. Centered on lies, power, and revenge, “Nag-aapoy Na Damdamin” stars JC de Vera, Ria Atayde, Tony Labrusca, and Jane Oineza. Joining the powerhouse cast are Maila Gumila, Joko Diaz, Kim Rodriguez, Aya Fernandez, and Carla Martinez. The series will also feature the brilliant participation of Jeffrey Santos, Lovely Rivero, and Richard Quan. “Nag-aapoy na Damdamin” is set to premiere on Tuesday (July 25) at 3:50pm on Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Online Live, iWantTFC, TFC, A2Z, and TV5 and will air from Monday to Friday.
