CSC to conduct HR symposium on resilience, dynamism among gov't workers in September

The Civil Service Commission (CSC) is set to conduct the 2023 Public Sector HR Symposium, gathering leaders and human resource (HR) practitioners in the government to be held in Pasay City, on September 26 to 27. Now in its 10th year, CSC said that the HR Symposium is an annual learning conference spearheaded by the Civil Service Institute (CSI) to continuously update leaders and HR practitioners in the public and private sectors with emerging trends and best practices in the field of leadership, HR management, and organization development. "We are thrilled to host the largest gathering of government leaders, supervisors, and HR practitioners this year. The 2023 HR Symposium is not only a significant learning and networking event but also a venue to share insights and best practices on cultivating a culture of dynamism and resilience in the civil service," said CSC Chairperson Karlo Nograles. With the theme "Developing and Fostering a Culture of Dynamism to Achieve a Resilient and Sustainable People and Public Sector Organization," this year's Symposium will highlight the significance of resilience and dynamism among government workers. The event will also serve as a platform for fostering sustainable management practices anchored on the aspirations and goals of a comfortable life envisioned in the AmBisyon Natin 2040. Distinguished speakers from both international and local backgrounds will delve into a wide range of subjects across nine major tracks. These tracks are dedicated to understanding and fostering dynamism in the workplace on three levels – personal, organizational, and societal.
