Bohol welcomes start of flights from Kunming City on July 25

ROYAL Air Philippines will begin its Kunming City, China to Bohol-Panglao International Airport flights on July 25. Gov. Aris Aumentado announced that beginning July 25, Royal Air Philippines will start flights from Kunming City, China to Bohol-Panglao International Airport. The entry of Royal Air will add daily international flights to Bohol after Jeju Air and Air Busan started operating in the province last month, Aumentado said. The entry of Royal Air was described as timely as the province is celebrating its annual Sandugo festival. In a statement, the provincial information office said the additional international flights will strengthen Bohol’s effort “to further improve services to ensure safe, accessible, and convenient travel for passengers.” “This will surely propel the province’s tourism and push innovative management practices as envisioned by the Strategic Change Agenda of the Aumentado-Balite administration.”
