The award of the cash incentive is implemented under Muntinlupa Ordinance No. 2018-147, or  "An ordinance granting financial benefits/privileges to centenarians who have reached 100 years old and above living in the City of Muntinlupa amounting to One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php100,000.00) each which amount shall be taken from the Executive Budget.”

The program is under the Muntinlupa City government’s Office for Senior Citizens Affairs (OSCA).

The ordinance covers “all Senior Citizens who reached 100 years old and above who are residing within the jurisdiction of Muntinlupa City.”

OSCA will “determine awardees are residents of Muntinlupa and have reached the age of 100 years or more and shall require the submission of documents that will support the residency and age of the beneficiary.”
