Helper electrocuted inside deep well in Ilocos Norte

CAMP JUAN, Ilocos Norte – A 38-year-old helper died after he was electrocuted inside a deep well in Barangay Pancian, Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte on Sunday, July 2. Police identified the victim as Rogel Fayloga of Barangay Abaca, Bangui, Ilocos Norte. Investigation said the victim and a co-worker were inside a deep well when he accidentally touched the wire of a submersible pump and was electrocuted. The victim was taken to the hospital where was declared dead on arrival. (Freddie G. Lazaro)
