As an exceptional educational leader, Ganela led and guided the PSHS-WVC to flourish as a center of academic excellence and scientific exploration. “Being recognized as one of the STAR Teachers, specifically awarded as the School Director of the Year by the International School Awards is a humbling moment for me to be among the outstanding and inspiring educational leaders from the different parts of the globe,” said Ganela. According to the ISA official Facebook account, Ganela’s strategic vision and commitment to nurturing young talents inspire students and staff to excel in the fields of science and technology. With her leadership, PSHS-WVC continues to produce future leaders and innovators in the region “This award is a testament of God's grace and faithfulness that led me to succeed as the Campus Director of PSHS-WVC for more than a decade now. This award points the glory back only to Him who is able to make great things happen,” said Ganela. PSHS said that ISA offers a unique opportunity for participants to engage in workshops, panel discussions, and networking sessions; to gain insights from renowned educators thought leaders, and experts who are sources of inspiration and learning; and to foster collaborations for shaping the future of education. ISA received an overwhelming response, with close to 9,000 applications pouring in from talented individuals and institutions around the world. Among the countries represented were India, Pakistan, Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Philippines, Cambodia, Thailand, and Singapore.
