P386,000 shabu, marijuana seized in Cordillera

LA TRINIDAD, Benguet – Suspected shabu and marijuana worth P385,956 were seized from four drug pushers by the Police Regional Office-Cordillera from July 9 to 15. The Regional Operations Division said suspects yielded three grams of dried marijuana leaves and fruiting tops and 56.70 grams of shabu. The Baguio City Police Office arrested two street-level individuals,  Jomarck Galano, 21, and Jonada Disoma, 19, while the Regional Drug Enforcement Unit (RDEU) nabbed high-value drug personalities Rasmia Ebra, 29 and Adonis Abad, 35. Suspects and pieces of evidence have been taken into custody by arresting units. Charges for violating Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 are being prepared against them.
