Labra orders new Surigao del Sur police chief: No let up in fight vs crime
CAMP VICENTE L. PIMENTEL SR., Tandag City, Surigao del Sur – Police Regional Office-13 Director Police Brig. Gen. Pablo G. Labra II has ordered new Surigao del Sur Provincial Police Office (PPO) Director Police Col. Harry B. Domingo to continue the campaign against illegal drugs, crime, and the communist insurgency in the province without let up.
Labra said he expects Domingo to hit the ground running and maintain the victory already gained by the provincial command.

Domingo assumed office on Saturday, July 15. He was the former commander of the Regional Mobile Force Battalion-13. His predecessor, Police Col. Dennis A. Siruno, was reassigned as officer-in-charge of the Regional Headquarters Support Unit (RHSU) at the PRO-13 headquarters in Camp Rafael C. Rodriguez, Butuan City. The turnover of command was graced by Surigao del Sur Gov. Alexander T. Pimentel, guest of honor and speaker, along with Surigao del Sur Provincial Board Member Ruel D. Momo. Domingo urged every police officer in the region to continue the fight against illegal drugs and all forms of criminality.
