Maynilad: No water interruptions this weekend in Manila

* The Maynilad Water Services has suspended the implementation of scheduled daily water interruptions in Manila on July 15 to 16. Maynilad said it will not implement the scheduled water interruptions in portions of Manila, as well as some areas in Caloocan, Navotas, Valenzuela, and Quezon City, this weekend due to heavy rains. "Ang suspension ng scheduled daily water interruption ay ipapatupad lamang ngayong July 15 at 16, maliban na lamang kung magpatuloy ang malakas na ulan sa Ipo watershed sa mga susunod na araw (The suspension of the scheduled daily water interruption will only be implemented this July 15 and 16, unless heavy rains continue in Ipo watershed in the next few days)," it added. Meanwhile, the local government encouraged everyone to conserve and save water for the coming days.
