Parañaque, Pasay LGUs to hold 'Kadiwa ng Pangulo Diskwento Caravan'
The local governments of Parañaque City and Pasay City will join the nationwide Kadiwa ng Pangulo Diskwento Caravan on Monday, July 17.
Cheaper vegetables, fruits, and other agricultural products will be on sale at the Kadiwa ng Pangulo Diskwento Caravan
Mayor Eric Olivarez made the announcement after the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) encouraged all government units (LGUs) to participate in the nationwide Kadiwa ng Pangulo Diskwento Caravan. Olivarez said the city government will hold the ‘Kadiwa ng Panguo Diskwento Caravan’ at the Parañaque City Hall grounds from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. He said 22 micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) will sell farm products at a cheaper price, Kadiwa mobile stores will also travel around the city from Monday to Sunday. Olivarez said the Kadiwa mobile store is stationed every Monday at Raya Gardens in Barangay Merville and Bricktown Subdivision in Barangay Moonwalk. He said the Kadiwa mobile store will be in Area 1, Fourth Estate Subdivision, in Barangay San Antonio, and Phimra Subdivision in Barangay Moonwalk; Levitown, Better Living Subdivision in Barangay Don Bosco, and Airport Village in Barangay Moonwalk every Wednesday. The mobile store will also be at ROMVI in Barangay Moonwalk and Parañaque City Hall grounds every Friday. The schedule of Kadiwa mobile store every Saturday will be at Aeropark Subdivision in Barangay Don Bosco and Fountain Breeze Condominium in Barangay San Isidro; .Petron at Doña Soledad in Barangay Don Bosco and Camella Homes Classic in Barangay San Antonio every Sunday. He said the Kadiwa mobile store at the Petron Station in San Antonio will be open from Monday to Sunday. Pasay City Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano said the Kadiwa ng Pangulo Diskwento Caravan will visit the city on Monday, July 17, and will be stationed at the Pasay City Hall parking ground.
