Parañaque LGU gives cash incentives to honor students

Parañaque City Mayor Eric Olivarez gave cash incentives to students in the city who graduated with honors. Mayor Eric Olivarez awards incentives to deserving honor students of the city.
Olivarez said students with honors will receive P5,000 cash, P7,000 for those with high honors, and P10,000 for those with highest honors as part of the city government's way to inspire and encourage them to study hard. The mayor said that aside from the cash incentives from the city government, other barangays in the city also gave their own incentives to deserving students. He advised graduating students to aim high and assured them that the city government will continue to support the city's learners through several programs aimed at promoting better and quality education.
