Since the house of their auntie is just a few meters away from the river, the children were allowed to go swimming. However, their father and auntie did not notice that the victims went to the deep side of the river. After more than an hour, their father searched for them, until they were found floating on the river, Partidas said. The victims were declared dead in a hospital, according to Partidas.
