UNIQLO.com reveals improved online shopping services, launches app members celebration

This July, Japanese Global apparel retailer UNIQLO celebrates the first ever App Members Month to show its gratitude to the Filipinos for the support they have given the platform. Since its launch in 2020, UNIQLO.com has enabled customers to have a more convenient and seamless shopping experience for their LifeWear favorites. This year, UNIQLO aims to show that the best is still yet to come as they launch new and improved services with special features within the app. “We launched UNIQLO.com 3 years ago with our customers in mind, providing an avenue where they can conveniently shop for their LifeWear favorites anytime and anywhere. This year, we aim to continue improving their shopping experience with its better features and benefits that will provide a more seamless purchasing process through their phones up to receiving their orders at their doorsteps fast and hassle-free,” says UNIQLO Philippines Chief Operating Officer Geraldine Sia. 

The UNIQLO App, Made Better For All

Customers can benefit from the following online-exclusive features to experience an elevated shopping experience with UNIQLO App:

Shop with extended sizes and colors.

Get exclusive sizes from XS to 3XL on preferred tops and bottoms and have access to a wide array of colors.

Check online and in-store inventory in real time.

 Conveniently check the availability of a specific item’s size and color online and in all stores nationwide  through manual input or by scanning the barcode on the chosen item.

Get items altered for the fit

. Have LifeWear items altered through the online alteration service, especially for bottoms. Simply select the preferred item, click on the alteration tab where the details will be inputted, and get the perfectly fit item be delivered.

Receive customized updates on LifeWear favorites.

Be notified about new offers and arrivals, updates on the availability of items from the wishlist, and alerts on special prices and limited offers. 

Assess ratings and reviews of other App Members.

 Check out ratings and reviews from other UNIQLO customers, as well as include a review on the purchased LifeWear items online and in-store.

Avail of Next Day Delivery.

Receive LifeWear items even faster with the rollout of Next Day Delivery service for Metro Manila. Items purchased on weekdays (except holidays) and before 12 noon will be at the doorsteps within 24 hours.

Get free shipping through Click and Collect

. UNIQLO opens up more delivery options through its Click and Collect service. Pick up orders at any UNIQLO store and try them on to ensure the perfect size and fit. Same Day Click and Collect pick-up is now available for UNIQLO Alabang Westgate and Blue Bay Walk stores. 

Exclusive Deals and Offers

 In addition to the new features of UNIQLO’s online shopping services, UNIQLO.com shoppers can look forward to the following promotions this UNIQLO App Members Month:

 New app members will receive a Php 300 coupon upon registration, ready to use for their first online purchase. Customers can access limited offers through app, website, and all physical stores if they show their UNIQLO App from July 7 to 13, 2023. Additionally, with every single receipt worth Php 3,500 purchased on UNIQLO.com from July 7 to 13, they will get a free limited edition UNIQLO Collapsible Cup. From July 14 to 16, UNIQLO Travel Organizer will be given for every Click and Collect single receipt orders with a minimum purchase of Php 3,000.  For Metrobank credit card holders, a special offer of 5% cashback (capped at Php 500) will be applied when they shop at UNIQLO.com with a minimum purchase of Php 5,000 from July 7 to 30, 2023. Finally, as part of the festivities, UNIQLO is also launching a special App Members Month Celebration at the SM Megamall Fashion Hall from July 7 to 9, 2023. UNIQLO App Members will have access to the different activations showcasing the various app features, additional limited edition novelty items, and freebies from partner brands.
