18,405 students to graduate, complete levels in Muntinlupa

A total of 18,405 students in public elementary and high schools will graduate and complete their levels this week in Muntinlupa.  The Schools Division Office in Muntinlupa has set the year-end rites for public schools from July 10 to 14.  Mayor Ruffy Biazon and Rep. Mayor Ruffy Biazon has attended the year-end rites on July 10 and will be present in other ceremonies this week.  In his message, Biazon said, “Today marks an important day for all of you as you complete this latest stage of your academic journey. You have gone this far on the strength of your hard work and the support of your parents and guardians. Let's take this time to appreciate them.” “Indeed, this day is like no other. You have worked hard to learn all the lessons, pass all the requirements, and acquire the skills you need to have a successful career. But more than achieving for yourself, it is my fervent prayer that you will look beyond personal achievements and use all that you have learned to serve others,” he said.  He added, “We were made to serve one another. That is why ‘community’ cannot be complete without ‘u’ and ‘i.’ Without your contribution and my effort, a better community may not be possible. Your academic training was meant to equip you so you could use what you have learned to build, design, and create in order to inspire, innovate, and uplift the people around you. Use what you have learned to pursue your dream, and to make everything and everyone around you, better.” “In all you do, honor your parents with the best you can do. Honor God in your excellence, and by standing back up in failure.
