Aside from the march, LGBTQ members of the community also ended the night with a concert at Cuegkeng Street, FB Harrison. Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano who graced activity told the queer community that they are worthy and, most of all, loved in the community. Rubiano recognized the difficulties faced by LGBTQ people in terms of coming out and expressing themselves fully. As the mother of the city, she told the LGBTQs that whatever they are, whatever their identity and whatever they like, they are brave enough to come out with their true identity and be accepted by the community. Rubiano added that Pasay City accepts the LGBTQ community and their contributions to their society.
