Japanese premium eyewear and eye care brand Jins celebrates fifth anniversary in the Philippines

On June 19, Jins marked its fifth anniversary in the Philippines. Unveiling its first ever brand ambassador, renowned broadcaster and journalist Rico Hizon, Jins Philippines threw a cocktail get-together for distinguished executives from Jins, who flew in from Tokyo, and from Suyen Corporation, as well as a diverse mix of personalities from related industries. Introduced as Jins’ first ever brand ambassador, Hizon revealed he had been a user of Jins eyewear for over two years. He recalled that a trip with his wife to Shibuya five years prior was when he first discovered the Japanese eyewear brand. When approached to become the brand ambassador, he thus accepted “with no hesitation.” As a representative of the values and spirit of Jins Philippines, he acknowledged Jins as an ethical company maintaining good corporate social responsibility and care for the environment. In addition to the brand’s dominance in premium eye care services and eyewear, Jins Philippines announced the launch of its highly anticipated Doraemon collection. Drawing inspiration from the beloved Japanese anime character, Doraemon, this new eyewear line aims to evoke nostalgia in a timeless fashion while maintaining the cutting-edge technology and innovation that Jins has come to be known for.
