Vivere Azure: Bali-inspired resort beckons in Batangas

What used to be a private vacation house enjoyed by the family, Vivere Azure was finally transformed into an intimate resort in 2017. “Since the property is very personal to the owners, the structures are also a representation of their life phases and character. The Main House’s design was inspired of Balinese architecture drawn from the family’s travels while the kids were growing up. The leaning verandas, the use of natural and local materials emulate a luxurious but quaint and homey ambiance that exudes a very familiar and traditional aesthetic. The newly-built Villas on the other hand, is the reimagined modern version of the main house. A representation of the all-grown up kids of the owners with the casas aptly named after them. The local and natural materials are still incorporated in the interiors of the casas—staying true to the roots, vision and values of the family in supporting local craftsmanship and materials,” explains the Vivere Azure team.
