Muntinlupa mayor, City Council commend topnotchers in real estate brokers exam

Muntinlupa Mayor Ruffy Biazon and the City Council signed a resolution commending graduates of the Lyceum of Alabang for topping the recent real estate brokers licensure exam given by the Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC).  "You make your city proud, but the honor also goes to your parents and guardians who have given their all so you can succeed. In the April 2023 licensure exam, 10 graduates of the Lyceum of Alabang College of Real Estate Management placed in the top 10. A total of 208 out of 418 graduates of Lyceum of Alabang passed the licensure exam or a passing rate of 49.76 percent.  They are:  1\. Gian Carlo Dominique Bero \- 87 percent 2\. Richelle Ting \- 86\.25 percent 3\. Jeyo Leoncio \- 85\.75 percent 4\. Lawrence See \- 85\.25 percent 7\. Maureen Grace Usacdin \-  84\.5 percent  8.  May Jesna Dumdum - 84.25 percent  10\. Zacarias Alfanta Jr\. \- 83\.75 percent  10\. Beverly Lopez \- 83\.75 percent  10\. Michael Silverio \- 83\.75 percent  10\. Glaisa Wenceslao\- 83\.75 percent  The Muntinlupa City Council passed Resolution 2023-245 commending the graduates of Lyceum of Alabang. Biazon signed the resolution on June 5.  According to the resolution, “The Sangguniang Panlungsod ng Muntinlupa is extending its heartfelt congratulations to the new Real Estate Brokers bringing honor and prestige to the City of Muntinlupa and Serve as epitome of excellence, leadership, and inspiration to our youth.” The top 10 in the real estate brokers licensure exam given by the Professional Regulatory Commission (Photo from PRC)
