Karla Estrada to join army as reservist: 'Hindi ako basta mamshie!'

Karla Estrada proudly revealed that she'll be soon joining the Philippine Army as a reservist. On her Facebook page, she shared a photo of her at the Office of the Assistant Chief of Staff for Reservist and Retiree Affairs while holding a T-shirt with a text: "ARMY RESERVE CITIZEN RESPONDER IN WAR & DISASTER FOR THE FILIPINO I VOLUNTEER."
She added in the picture: "Hindi ako basta mamshie! PHILIPNE ARMY RESERVIST SOON! Para sa Bayan kong mahal! (Philippine flag)." In another post, she thanked Senator Robin Padilla for the "assistance."
In previous years, many local stars have joined as reservists including beauty queen Winwyn Marquez, singer Ronnie Liang, actress Arci Muñoz, actor Baron Geisler, and Geneva Cruz, among others.
