Subsequent assessments covered technical skills, business writing, and aptitude. Evaluations also included creative thinking, communication skills, and interpersonal skills. Several graduates were hired immediately on the third day of the event. The Hire-Train-Deploy model followed by Expleo includes a month-long training period before graduates are assigned to specific projects. The training is a two-phase process involving foundational and project-specific training to equip new hires with the essential soft and technical skills required to thrive in their roles.
