'Pinoypreneur' meant to help Filipino entrepreneurs launched in Baguio
BAGUIO CITY – In conjunction with the celebration of the Philippine Independence month, the SM City Baguio has launched a campaign dubbed #Pinoypreneur to help Filipino entrepreneurs.
To achieve this goal, the mall has allowed the use of spaces at the Lower Ground Atrium for display of a wide array of locally made products from June 1 to 12.
These spaces will serve as a focal point for shoppers to explore and engage with a wide range of products proudly crafted by Filipino hands.
Designed with a core objective of supporting and promoting local businesses, this campaign also aims to foster a sense of national pride and encourage shoppers to buy our very own products.
Launched at the beginning of the month, the #Pinoypreneur campaign provides shoppers with the opportunity to discover, connect with, and support at least eight remarkable businesses owned by Cordilleran.
This unique exhibit showcases a diverse range of products and services, including fashion, food and beverage, home decor, art, and many more.
From emerging talents to established enterprises, each entrepreneur brings a distinctive story, heritage, and innovation on the table.
Among the crowd’s favorite stalls are Hill Station Bistro, James Wright Café, and Kape Agamang which takes you back to a fragment of Baguio’s past.
Shoppers also show great interest in local “pasalubong” (souvernir) products from Naduma, Pasarabo Ilocandia, and Ro & Mar.
Whether satisfying new snacking habits or moments of indulgence, Spoonful Delights and Divine Indulgence are likewise highly sought after by customers.
The #Pinoypreneur set up is not complete without the artworks from Tam-awan Village Artists which bring the public up close and personal with the creations of local talent.
By providing a platform for MSMEs to reach a wider customer base, the mall hopes to contribute to the growth and sustainability of these enterprises.
The #Pinoypreneur campaign was launched with the intention of celebrating Filipino craftsmanship and promoting a vibrant and inclusive economy.
By promoting local businesses, SM Supermalls aim to stimulate economic growth at the grassroots level and provide a platform for budding entrepreneurs to thrive.
