BTS’ ‘Take Two’ tops Billboard Hot Trending Songs even before release


K-pop idol group BTS’ upcoming song grabbed the No. 1 spot on Billboard’s Hot Trending Songs even before its release. 

BTS will release “Take Two” on June 9 to celebrate their 10th anniversary since debuting in 2013.

According to Billboard, “Take Two” took the top spot on the Hot Trending Songs chart dated June 10. 

“Billboard’s Hot Trending charts, powered by Twitter, track global music-related trends and conversations in real-time across Twitter, viewable over either the last 24 hours or past seven days. A weekly, 20-position version of the chart, covering activity from Friday through Thursday of each week, posts alongside Billboard’s other weekly charts on Billboard.com each Tuesday,” Billboard reported. 

“Take Two” is BTS’ fourth song to top the chart, which started in 2021.
