Councilor Alfred Vargas of Quezon City was emotional afterÂ her daughter Aryana Cassandra graduated from elementary last June 6. On Instagram, Alfred shared an inspiring and heartwarming message to her daughter as he uploaded clips from her child's graduation. "To our daughterÂ Arianna, mahal na mahal ka namin. Right when you were a little kid until today. "You have only given us reasons to smile and pull our heads up and pride. "We're so lucky to have you in our life. We're so proud of you. "Be fearless in dreaming big. RememberÂ to go after what makes you happy, stay humble, and help others along the way. Always share that talent.
