The Local Civil Registrar Johanna Sandil Nemenzo, who represented Mayor Eric Olivarez during the inauguration, said the mayor expressed gratitude to the officers of PSA with the opening of the PSA CRS located on the fifth floor of the mall.

Nemenzo said the PSA CRS will make getting documents such as birth, marriage and death certificates more convenient for residents as well as those from other cities.

She said that aside from the PSA office, the project Express Lingkod Office (ELO)-Serbisyo Center is the first of its kind in the country as it brings all frontline services of the city government under one roof.

The ELO-Serbisyo Center was launched during the term of former mayor and incumbent First District Representative Edwin Olivarez that seeks to provide government-related transactions in one accessible and convenient location.

The project ELO-Serbisyo Center offers services for applications of business permits, building permit processing, payment for real property taxes, police clearance and others.
