Over 7,400 job vacancies to be offered in Makati Mega Job Fair - Mayor Abby

Makati City Mayor Abby Binay announced on Monday, June 5, that the city's upcoming Mega Job Fair will feature over 7,400 job vacancies for interested Makatizens in celebration of its 353rd Founding Anniversary on June 8. According to her, the Mega Job Fair will be held at the Ayala Malls Circuit Activity Center from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. It is said to feature more than 7,400 job vacancies from 53 reputable companies from various industries as part of its efforts to address unemployment among its citizens and support economic growth in the city. "The Mega Job Fair is a collaborative effort between the city government of Makati and other sectors including the Department of Labor and Employment, the Philippine Daily Inquirer, Ayala Malls, and the participating companies. It is an excellent opportunity for job seekers to connect with potential employers, expand their professional networks, and take significant steps toward their career aspirations." Binay said. The mayor noted that with the job fair, job seekers can explore various career options and connect directly with potential employers. Among the job vacancies to be offered in the event encompass diverse fields, including finance, information technology, hospitality, retail, healthcare, customer service, engineering, etc. Participants are urged to pre-register online in order to streamline the event and ensure a smooth experience for both job seekers and employers.
