The finale of the Korean drama “Doctor Cha” aired on June 4, garnering the highest ratings during its 16-episode run.
“Doctor Cha,” which aired every Saturday and Sunday on JTBC in South Korea and globally on Netflix, starred Uhm Jung-hwa, Kim Byung-chul, Myung Se-bin and Min Woo-hyuk.

According to Nielsen Korea, episode 16 of “Doctor Cha” on June 4 garnered a nationwide rating of 18.546 percent, its highest since the drama premiered on April 15. It was watched by 4.03 million people nationwide in South Korea.
With 18.546 percent, “Doctor Cha” is now the seventh highest rated cable TV drama in history in South Korea and the No. 1 highest rated cable TV drama in 2023 to date.
The final episode of “Doctor Cha” also recorded the highest rating for the drama in the metropolitan area (Seoul, Incheon and Gyeonggi) with 19.383 percent with 2.11 million people watching it.
In the finale, Cha Jeong-suk (Uhm Jung-hwa), Seo In-ho (Kim Byung-chul) and Choi Seung-hee (Myung Se-bin) went their separate ways.
