Pedicab driver, three minors nabbed in Negros buy-bust

BACOLOD CITY – Four alleged drug pushers, including three minors, were arrested during a buy-bust operation in Barangay Mambulac, Silay City, Negros Occidental on Friday, June 2. One of the arrested was identified by the police as Michael Sotelo, 38, of Barangay E. Lopez, a pedicab driver. The names of the minors aged 19 and 21 (both students) and a 17-year-old boy were withheld. Police seized from them nine grams of suspected shabu worth P61,200 and the P3,200 marked money. The two students are street-level individuals while the two others are newly-identified individuals, according to the police.
