OCTA says nationwide Covid-19 positivity rate drops to 18.6%
The nationwide Covid-19 positivity rate decreased further to 18.6 percent, OCTA Research Fellow Dr. Guido David said in a Twitter post on June 3.

“Projecting 1000-1200 new cases on June 4,” he added. The new cases brought the country's total caseload to 4,147,129; the number of active cases is 14,398; 1337 new cases; 0 deaths, while recoveries are 1827. David also noted that the National Capital Region (NCR) has 389 new COVID-19 cases. He added that other provinces and regions with new cases include Cavite with 88, Bulacan with 76, Laguna with 66, Rizal with 58, Iloilo with 52, Pampanga with 45, Isabela with 42, Cagayan with 41, Batangas with 34, Bataan with 32, Pangasinan with 28, Quezon with 26, Nueva Ecija with 25, and Cebu with 20. *(Rhowen Del Rosario)*
