Riva Quenery wants justice for Awra

Actress Riva Quenery visited Awra Briguela who was detained by police following his involvement in a melee. On Facebook, Riva shared sadness about what happened to her "most loyal" friend. "Kaninang umaga, tumawag siya at nalaman kong inaresto siya sa Makati dahil sa isang kaguluhan na nangyari. Dinalaw ko siya sa police station sa Makati kung saan siya na-detain at biglang bumagsak ang balikat ko nung nakita ko siya," she started. "Kinwento nya sakin ang sinapit nya matapos nyang ipagtanggol ang kaibigan nya laban sa grupo ng mga lalaking hinipuan ang kanyang kaibigan. "Nangangatwiran lang naman yung kaibigan ko pero sigurado ako hindi mananakit yun ng otoridad. Nakita ko pa kanina na ang dami nyang pasa sa likod, at may malaking bukol pa sa ulo. Hindi man lang siya sinuri or pinagamot ng maayos," she related. "Saludo ako kay Awra at kilala ko sya bilang kaibigan na kaya ka nyang ipaglaban. Pero bakit kung sino pa ang ang nasa katwiran, sya pa ang ikukulong?" Riva continued: "BAKIT? GUSTO NYO BANG GAWING TROPHY SI AWRA? Laliman nyo naman ang imbestigasyon nyo hindi yung alam nyo nang mali, pinaninindigan nyo pa. So nasaan na yung mga nanghipo sa mga kaibigan ni Awra? Nasaan na yung sumapak sa kanila na kahit may pulis na dumating eh hindi nagsitigil at kay Awra lang lahat naka focus. ACHIEVEMENT BA PARA SAINYO DAHIL SI AWRA ANG NAHULI NYO?"
