Aside from the local companies that joined in the mega job fair, national government agencies like National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), Social Security System (SSS), Pag-Ibig, and Philhealth also set up a one-stop-shop to help job seekers get the necessary documents they need. Rubiano said the mega job fair provided around 3,500 job opportunities to all the job hunters.

The mayor said the 1,270 fresh graduates from the CUP who joined in the job fair were given the chance to land their first jobs.
Fresh graduates from other schools in other cities also participated in the fair.
However, city residents were the priority, following the city ordinance which states that sixty percent of job seekers must be Pasay residents while the remaining forty percent will be applicants from other areas.
The mega job fair is a project of the office of Rubiano, Congressman Antonino Calixto, and the Pasay Employment Services office (PESO).
