According to Washington Lottery, the odds of winning such a substantial amount stand at 1-in-913,000, making Lance's triumph all the more remarkable.  Lance, who is currently on a well-deserved summer break, intends to put his unexpected money to use in the future. He sees himself as a future artist.  Washington's Lottery offers Scratch games with ticket pricing from $1 to $30 and varied prize amounts.
