4 drug suspects arrested in Pasay buy-bust op

Four drug suspects, tagged as street level individuals, were arrested in a buy-bust operation conducted by members of the Pasay police Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) on Tuesday, June 27. Police identified the suspects as Mark Joseph Celeridad, 23, alias “Toy”; Almario Flores, 62, alias “Boy”; Christian Felipe,29, alias “Jhay” and Vic John Trongcoso,34, alias “Vic.” According to Col. Froilan Uy, city police chief, the suspects were arrested at around 5:00 p.m. along Interior M. dela Cruz, Barangay 127, Zone 13, Pasay City. Uy said members of SDEU conducted the buy-bust operation for the arrest of Celeridad who was the object of a complaint from the community because of his illegal drug activities. He said the SDEU members were able to confiscate nine grams of shabu worth P61,200 from the suspects. The city police chief said the confiscated drugs were turned over to the Southern Police District (SPD) Forensic Unit for chemical analysis. The suspects were detained at the SDEU custodial facility and were charged for illegal possession of drugs.
