Las Piñas Pag-Asa Youth Association to help disadvantaged youth
The newly-elected officers of the Pag-Asa Youth Association Las Piñas chapter vowed to continue the organization’s commitment to the holistic development of disadvantaged youth.

Their oath-taking, administered by Vice Mayor April Aguilar, was held at the Mayor Nene Aguilar Multipurpose Hall of the Disaster Risk and Reduction Management Office (DRRMO) building in Barangay Talon Dos on June 24. Aguilar said the Pag-Asa Youth Association is known for its unwavering dedication to the socio-economic, physical, psychological, cultural, and spiritual growth of young individuals facing challenging circumstances. She added the organization's ultimate goal is to empower out-of-school youth and other marginalized individuals, equipping them with the tools to become self-reliant, economically productive, and socially responsible citizens who actively contribute to their families and communities. She said the newly inducted officers conveyed their unwavering commitment to upholding the values and principles of the organization. They also recognized the challenges that lie ahead but are determined to work tirelessly, guided by the organization's vision and passion, Aguilar added.
