The suspects mauled the victim while his brother tried to pacify the suspects. The suspects fled after the incident while the victim was taken to a hospital where he was declared dead. Malong said they have no idea if the suspects were also under the influence of liquor. Homicide charges will be filed against the four suspects, according to Malong.
