John Lloyd Cruz, Ellen Adarna celebrate son's fifth birthday

Not together though. As seen on social media, John Lloyd, celebrated his son Elias’s birthday together with rumored girlfriend Isabel Santos. The actor also posted on Instagram a photo of a Sonic the Hedgehog-themed birthday cake for the celebrant. He also shared a photo of the three of them, with Isabel hugging Elias. The caption read: "Happy Birthday Anak." Ellen, on the other hand, posted on social media several photos of her and Elias as taken through the years. She wrote, "Thank you for giving my life purpose and meaning. For teaching me patience, empathy and unconditional love. Mama loves you forever and ever and ever." Not to be outdone is Derek Ramsay, Ellen's husband, who earlier the same day posted on social media a photo of him and Elias. He wrote, “I'm super proud to be your Papa D! Happy birthday my little babing. Love you son.”
