Parañaque Mayor Eric distributes food carts to 15 displaced workers

Parañaque City Mayor Eric Olivarez gave food carts to 15 displaced workers on Monday, June 26. The distribution was held at the Parañaque City Hall Treasury Lounge after the conduct of the regular flag-raising ceremony. Olivarez said the “Pangkabuhayan Food Cart package” came from the amount of P51,400 collected during the Fun Run for a Cause Dance with Zumba Moves held at the Manila Memorial Park on April 23. The mayor said the food cart package is a project of the Parañaque Workers Affairs Office to help residents, especially displaced workers, to earn a living. Olivarez thanked District II Councilor Nini Sotto who sponsored the food carts. He said Congressman Edwin Olivarez,  Jisss Manpower Agency, Lady Kueenie, and Baclaran Cinema served as sponsors of the fun run event.
