More residents avail of free chest x-ray services in Las Piñas

Despite the morning downpour, more residents lined up to avail of free chest x-ray services from the City Health Office (CHO) in Barangay Manuyo Dos, Las Pinas City on Monday, June 26. Mayor Imelda Aguilar said the free chest x-ray is part of the continuing services by the team of CHO for the city residents. Aguilar said the medical program showcases the community’s commitment of the city government to the health and well-being of every Las Pineros. Aguilar said the program aims to identify cases of pulmonary tuberculosis at an early stage to ensure timely intervention and management. Despite the challenges posed by the weather, the staff worked diligently to ensure a smooth and efficient process, keeping safety protocols in place to protect both the participants and the healthcare workers.
