LOOK: Tingog Party-list leads cash aid distribution in QC

Tingog Party-list Rep. Yedda Marie Romualdez led on Thursday, June 22 the distribution of cash aid worth P3,000 to each of 1,000 beneficiaries from Quezon City's 6th district. Romualdez, chairperson of House Committee on Accounts, helped facilitate the release of the money under the Department of Social Welfare and Development's (DSWD) Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation (AICS) program. Quezon City 6th district Rep. Marivic Co Pilar was present during the distribution of financial assistance. Earlier that day, Romualdez also took part in the ribbon-cutting ceremony of Pilar's district office. The Tingog Party-list solon said that in times of crisis, it's everyone’s duty to stand together and extend a helping hand to those in need. Romualdez is the wife of House Speaker Martin Romualdez.
