Apparently, the Philippines was not included in the list.

Many Filipinos are complaining about it, noting how prior, Quezon City landed on the list of top cities in the world listening to the American singer on Spotify years ago.
Other netizens, meanwhile, speculated on possible reasons including ticket prices.
Amid the din, an old post of Kris Aquino came to light.
In 2018, an online user expressed gratitude to Kris for trying to bring the award-winning singer here.
The said netizen accompanied the post with a screenshot of Kris' response to an Instagram user who asked for help to retweet the "#WeNeedRepTourMNL."
Kris said: "@taylorswiftismyreputation i am ilusyonada- i already asked several friends who produce concerts if i could invest to bring @taylorswift to the (Philippine flag)... i was told the cost is SUPER high because of the mounting of the 3 stages & because of the ₱ having weakened. Did they announce Asian tour dates?"

Note that Kris is a huge fan of Taylor.
In fact, some years ago, she even answered her Facebook follower who commented on one of her posts: "Hi Kris, Taylor Swift recently released her single ME! with its Music Video. Have you watched and listened to it already? I want to hear your thoughts since I know you also stan Taylor."
Kris said: "Hi Jay. I already bought ME on iTunes.
