* The Malabon City government will be conducting a free wedding ceremony for 100 couples at Malabon Sports Center on Saturday, July 29. The mass wedding, dubbed as “A Wedding to Remember,” will be officiated by Malabon City Mayor Jeannie Sandoval. Couples will also receive free prenuptial photoshoot; glam team for hair and make-up, photo and video souvenir; buffet dinner for the couples along with two witnesses; personalized wedding cake; bridal bouquet; and cash gift from the city mayor.

The city government encourages couples to coordinate with the Civil Registry Department located on the 3rd floor of Malabon City Hall to register for the activity. The deadline for registration will be on July 7.
Couples should be 18 years old and older, and must present barangay certificate of residency, Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) birth certificate, PSA Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR), government-issued I.D. and photocopy.
Those who are 18 years old to 21 years old should also secure their parents’ consent, parental advice of parents for 22 to 25 years old, and family planning and marriage counseling certificate.
